2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij? 2. What data do we process?

In de basis vragen of bewaren wij geen uitgebreide profielgegevens van websitebezoekers. De gegevens die wij verwerken zijn beperkt tot wat nodig is om met u te communiceren en onze diensten uit te voeren:

By default we do not collect extensive profile data about website visitors. The data we process is limited to what is necessary to communicate with you and deliver our services:

• Gegevens die u zelf invult in het contactformulier:

• Information you submit via the contact form:
  name, email address, phone number, company name, country, selected service and your message.
• Technische basisgegevens die de server standaard logt (zoals IP-adres, datum/tijd en foutmeldingen) om de site veilig en bereikbaar te houden.
• Basic technical data logged by the web server (such as IP address, date/time and error messages) to keep the site secure and available.
• Voorkeursinstellingen in uw browser, zoals taalkeuze en cookievoorkeur (opgeslagen in uw browser via local storage of een beknopte cookie).
• Preferences in your browser, such as language choice and cookie preference (stored in your browser via local storage or a minimal cookie).

3. Versleuteling van uw bericht 3. Encryption of your message

Wanneer u het contactformulier gebruikt, wordt uw bericht in de browser versleuteld met client-side RSA-2048 public-key-encryptie voordat het naar onze mailgateway wordt gestuurd. Dat betekent dat de inhoud van uw bericht tijdens verzending extra wordt beschermd.

When you use the contact form, your message is encrypted in your browser using client-side RSA-2048 public-key encryption before it is sent to our mail gateway. This adds an extra protection layer for the content of your message during transmission.

Wij gebruiken uw gegevens uitsluitend om:
